Best investment we made when building. Without Jay Di Paola from the Manse group being involved we would have been delivered a house that was highly defective and poorly constructed. We had a fabulous experience with MANSE group. Knowing that we were building with a volume builder, we always had concerns about the quality of build and wanted to get a second opinion every step of the way. We had Hamish inspect every stage of our build. Reports came through quickly and it was great to hold our volume builder accountable. To add to this, our volume builder was also one of the builders who went into liquidation. Having MANSE group on our side for this meant that we had constant advice, as well as an incredibly detailed defect list to ensure that nothing was missed in our process of applying for our insurances and hiring a new builder. I highly recommend Manse Group. The admin girls were always friendly and very accommodating in providing paperwork that I frequently requested. George Georgievski my building inspector was a miracle worker. Unfortunately, I had a lot of problems with my builder (Arli Homes) but George was always there to push hard to sort things out. He also at times didn't hesitate in going to my builders inspector and threatening to escalate to the VBA if things weren't fixed. George would happily take my calls to explain any questions I may have had. Manse Group reports are very detailed, and their fee includes reinspection. This is the second time I have built and what I have learned is that builders will take shortcuts - you need to have the help of a firm like Manse Group to keep them accountable. Thanks again George.

I had a very positive experience with Manse. From the admin team to the inspectors, they were all very professional. Being a first home buyer, I know nothing about the contracts, hence I engaged them to do a building contract review for me. They were very knowledgable and did take the time to explain them to me and pointed out what to look out for. I also engaged them to inspect all 5 stages of my build. They were very prompt and provided great reports with notes and photos. Have recommended them to friends and family.
We had a fabulous experience with MANSE group. Knowing that we were building with a volume builder, we always had concerns about the quality of build and wanted to get a second opinion every step of the way. We had Hamish inspect every stage of our build. Reports came through quickly and it was great to hold our volume builder accountable. To add to this, our volume builder was also one of the builders who went into liquidation. Having MANSE group on our side for this meant that we had constant advice, as well as an incredibly detailed defect list to ensure that nothing was missed in our process of applying for our insurances and hiring a new builder. We honestly couldn't have built the house without them!
Had my new home construction inspected by the Manse group. Jay found stuff I would never have found and had corrected if I was just doing it on my own. Meant I could have a conversation about all of it with the site supervisor, and if not get it outright fixed, I at least new about it so could talk about options and make an informed decision. Really happy with the help!

Manse Group, and in particular my dedicated contact, Hamish, provided an excellent service throughout the various stages of construction. Manse's level of engagement began before construction, ensuring all the plans were provided to them in advance so they could begin their planning process. The detail in the inspection reports as completed by Manse/Hamish, the follow up inspections and reports, and the ongoing communication throughout the entire 8 months or so was exceptional. My contacts within Manse also remained the same, providing seamless continuity throughout. I regarded Manse as a trusted partner throughout my building experience.

I purchased Quality Assurance services from Manse Group. The processes to sign up, and get a coverage scope were very reasonable and easy to set up. I was advised by a friend to request for Jay.It was the best decision I ever made. I would give his professional Conduct and quality of reports 20 out of 10. It not only helped me work better with the builder to get a quality built dwelling by the end of the process. Manse Group was recommended to us by a friend, they had nothing but positive experiences with the team. From the initial communications with the admin team they were prompt and explained everything thoroughly. Jay our building inspector provided indepth explanations of building codes and the inspection report was very easy to understand at each stage. Thankfully he accommodated our needs and ensured the inspection was completed just before Christmas to give us the best 2024 in our new first home! We will recommend them to anyone building and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
I highly recommend Manse Group. The admin girls were always friendly and very accommodating in providing paperwork that I frequently requested. George Georgievski my building inspector was a miracle worker. Unfortunately, I had a lot of problems with my builder (Arli Homes) but George was always there to push hard to sort things out. He also at times didn't hesitate in going to my builders inspector and threatening to escalate to the VBA if things weren't fixed. George would happily take my calls to explain any questions I may have had. Manse Group reports are very detailed, and their fee includes reinspection. This is the second time I have built and what I have learned is that builders will take shortcuts - you need to have the help of a firm like Manse Group to keep them accountable. Thanks again George.

The Manse group has been one of the best investments I have made in the process of building my house. We highly recommend the Manse Group! We had them for every stage of our build, and they absolutely saved our home! Their reports are thorough and evidence based, making them dummy-proof; easy to read and understand. We as the homeowners could easily grasp why items were defective, and how they should be corrected, according to Victorian Building Codes & Regulations.Manse Group also advocated for us, backing our conversations, answering calls and attending meetings with the builder, helping us to get concrete resolutions and a home built according to code.Manse Group provide more than just detailed building inspections & reports, they are consultants, providing us advice with when to escalate reports, who to escalate to, and recommended next steps given the issues we had with our builder. They provide their expert experience & understanding of codes & regulations blended with fantastic communication skills, building rapport and trust with all stakeholders.We would absolutely engage them again and recommend them to everyone! They are worth every penny, and having re-inspections included in their packages, gives you peace of mind, particularly in an industry wherein photos & taking a builder’s word just doesn’t cut it.
